Professional with over 25 years’ experience, mainly in the PPP sector. After graduating in Civil Engineering, he commenced his professional activity in one of the largest Spanish construction companies, developing his career in project management until being appointed Country Manager of Italy. He completed his training with an MBA at MIT (Boston), which allowed him to combine his technical and financial education.

The positions he has occupied include, most notably, Chairmain of the Board of Directors in a SPV, with an investment over € 300 million and Managing Director of Concessia. He also acts as Concessia’s Member at the Board of Directors of these portfolio companies.

He has expertise in public-private partnership transactions from a technical and financial viewpoint, with over 14 years’ experience in the sector. His education as a Civil Engineer has allowed him to occupy positions of project manager at leading construction companies, specialising in operational control (O&M), in addition to operational assessment and analysis. He completed his technical training with an MBA in the European Business School, allowing him to consolidate his expertise in the concessions industry.

He is currently responsible for the operational management of Concessia’s investments and also acts as Concessia’s Member at the Board of Directors of several portfolio companies.

Bachelor in Law and Business Administration (ICADE, E-3). He has 17 years’ experience with promotional and financial assessment tasks in the infrastructure sector, carrying out structuring, bidding and financing PPP Projects for construction and exploitation of infrastructures and public services (transport, waste management, water cycle, health, etc.)

He has mainly developed his professional activity, over more than 10 years, within the Transactions area of PwC Spain, as part of the specialised team in Project Finance and PPPs. Previously, he worked for 6 years in the Development Department of Dragados Concesiones (nowadays Iridium).

Architect with more than 14 years of experience and extensive training in both the field of Urban Planning and Building. With an official Master’s degree in Urbanism, Planning and Urban Design from the University of Seville, Juan works as Technical Director and Project Manager being often in charge of the general coordination of the drafting of building projects, both basic and execution, planning documents, the control and programming of work, coordination of the team, relations with the client, as well as management with the Administration and Clients. Juan also regularly supports with the technical evaluation of building projects and feasibility reports, as well as in the evolution of architectural systems, installations and the evaluation of costs derived from their operations.
